AI Marketing Automation

AI marketing automation from Adverto means the repetitive parts of your marketing operation, reporting, creative variations, lead routing, campaign QA, content drafts, run as workflows instead of as someone's Tuesday. We build them in n8n, Zapier and Claude Code, wire them into HubSpot, Salesforce, Braze and your ad platforms, and hand them over documented so your team owns them. Fixed-scope projects.

Who it's for

  • Marketing teams spending days a month on reporting and campaign admin that could be minutes
  • Founders who want the output of a bigger team without hiring one yet
  • Ops leaders who've tried AI tools and got demos, not workflows that survive contact with real data

What's included

  • Workflow audit: where the hours go, what's repeatable, what's worth automating first
  • Reporting automation: platform data into one dashboard with weekly summaries written for the exec who reads them
  • Creative iteration: ad and landing page variants generated, scored and queued for testing
  • Lead routing and enrichment into your CRM with the follow-up sequences triggered correctly
  • Campaign QA and anomaly alerts before a broken tracking tag costs you a week of data
  • Documentation and handover so the workflows run without us

How it runs

  1. Map the hours

One week with your team to find where time goes. We pick the two or three workflows with the biggest payback.

  2. Build and test

Workflows built in n8n or Claude Code, run in parallel with the manual process until the outputs match.

  3. Hand over

Documented, monitored, and owned by your team. We stay on call for a month after launch.

Why most AI marketing projects stall

Demos work on clean data. Real marketing data isn’t clean: the CRM field is named three ways, the ad platform export changed last month, the sequence fires twice. Workflows that survive that are built by people who have run the manual process and know where it breaks.

What gets automated first

Reporting, almost always. Then creative iteration, because testing more variants is the cheapest way to improve paid performance. Then lead handling, because speed to follow-up is a conversion lever nobody has time to pull by hand.

Built to be owned

Every workflow comes with documentation, monitoring and a handover session. If it only works while we’re around, it isn’t finished.

AI Marketing Automation: the usual questions

Which tools do you build in?

n8n and Zapier for orchestration, Claude Code and Codex for anything that needs judgement or code, ElevenLabs where voice is involved. Connected to HubSpot, Salesforce, Braze, GA4 and the ad platforms.

Do we need a developer?

No. The workflows are built so a marketer can run and edit them. Where code is involved, it's documented and lives in your repo.

What about data and privacy?

Workflows run in your accounts under your API keys. Nothing is routed through ours, and we flag anything that shouldn't go through a third-party model.

What's a typical first project?

Reporting. It's the most hours saved for the least risk, and it makes every later workflow easier because the data is already flowing.

Which part of your marketing week should be a workflow?

Tell us where the hours go. We'll come to the call with two workflows that would give them back.
