Go-to-Market Strategy
A go-to-market strategy from Adverto is a fixed-scope plan for launching a product, or for taking one into a new market. It sets the customers to go after, the message they'll respond to, the channels to open first and the targets that tell you it's working. It's written by the operators who'd run the launch campaigns, so every line of it can be executed.
Who it's for
- Founders about to launch, or relaunch, and unsure which channel to bet on first
- Companies taking a product from EMEA to the U.S., or the other way round
- Teams adding a product line that doesn't fit the current funnel
What's included
- Ideal customer profile and the buying moments worth reaching
- Positioning and messaging, checked against how your buyers describe the problem
- Channel plan: which channels open first, in what order, with starting budgets
- Launch plan for the first 90 days, week by week, with owners
- Targets and tracking: what counts as working, measured from the first day
How it runs
Research
Interviews with your team and, where possible, your customers. Competitors, and what search and the AI engines already say about your category.
Plan
Positioning, channels, budget and the launch sequence, written up and argued through with whoever owns the number.
Launch or hand over
We run the launch campaigns as a project or on retainer, or hand the plan to your team with the tracking already live.
The buyer first, then the channels
Most launches pick channels first because that’s what the team already knows. We start with the buyer: who has the problem badly enough to pay, and where they look for a fix. The channel plan follows from that.
Measured from the first week
Every plan ships with its tracking and with targets for the first 90 days. If the launch isn’t working, you’ll know early enough to change course.
Across EMEA and the U.S.
We’ve run growth in both markets, for startups and enterprise brands. Moving a product across the Atlantic starts with what changes between them: which channels work, and what they cost.
Go-to-Market Strategy: the usual questions
How is this different from the growth strategy?
The growth strategy starts from what you already run, with accounts and a funnel to audit. Go-to-market is for when there's nothing to audit yet, or when a new product or market needs its own plan.
Do you do positioning, or only the channels?
Both. Positioning decides which channels can work, so they're planned together. Brand identity and naming come from partners we've worked with, scoped separately.
Can you run the launch too?
Yes. Most go-to-market plans roll into a paid or search project, or into the fractional role when someone needs to own the whole thing.
Launching something and want the plan first?
Tell us what's launching and where. We'll bring the questions we'd need answered and how long the plan would take.
